The price average of housing in Spain began to fall in late 2008 and it still has not stopped doing it, pricing such drop in more than 40% since its inception.
Recent studies talk about a new drop during the month of September's 4.2%, succeeding August average which was 4.3%.
In the case of the Mediterranean coast, the fall is around 2.9%.
